Today, I would like to introduce “Boulangerie Seiji Asakura”.
It's a bakery that I've been to several times before when I went to Shinagawa by Chii-bus (100 yen bus). It has been introduced many times on TV and is so popular that it makes a long line on weekends.
It is a bakery in Takanawa, Minato-ku, Tokyo. Look for the red tiles and the entrance to the red door. The owner, Mr. Asakura, is also trained at Eric Kaiser (Maison Kaiser in Japan) in France. Bread is particular about three kinds of homemade yeast.
It seems that baguettes and curry breads are famous, but various breads such as anpan and focaccia are lined up in a row.

First of all, the fabric is yellow. It is very moist and when chewed, the scent of butter spreads throughout the mouth. The description said that the scent of yuzu was faint, but I could hardly feel it. Instead, the bean paste was really delicious! The black beans on top also added color to the taste.
