いちごさんとは（What is Ichigo-san?）

佐賀県のイチゴです。「さがほのか」から20年ぶりの2018年秋に誕生したイチゴです。ジューシーさがウリです。

スーパーで1パック398円で売っていたので買ってみました。名前も可愛いし、ロゴも女の子のシルエットで可愛いです。

2月28日までレシピコンテストをやっています。

It is a strawberry from Saga prefecture. It is a strawberry that was born in the fall of 2018 for the first time in 20 years from "Sagahonoka". It features juiciness.

I bought it because it was sold at the supermarket for 398 yen per pack. The name is cute and the logo is cute with a girl's silhouette.

There is holding a recipe contest until February 28th.

お味（Taste）

見た目は大振りでつやつやしてとても綺麗。お味はとても甘い！というほどではないですが、とにかく一口目に果汁があふれてくるようなジューシーさがあります。

私もレシピを作ってみようかな？

私が作ったレシピ（Recipe I made）

クリームチーズとサワークリームを混ぜたものをパンケーキに塗り、その上にスライスしたイチゴをのせ、上から黒蜜をかけてみました。

いちごはそれほど甘くないので、ちょっとクリームチーズや黒蜜の塩味がきついようでした。クリームチーズの量を減らして、黒蜜を普通のパンケーキシロップに変えたらもう少し美味しくなるかもしれません。

I applied a mixture of cream cheese and sour cream to the pancakes, put sliced strawberries on it, and sprinkled black honey from above.

Strawberries are not so sweet, so the salty taste of cream cheese and black honey seemed to be a little strong. It might be a little more delicious if you reduce the amount of cream cheese and turn the black honey into regular pancake syrup.
