Hello, this is hiroko.
Today, I would like to introduce the "Nure Dorayaki" produced in Kagoshima that I ate the other day.
When I went to Kagurazaka last week, I went to a commercial facility called AKOMEYA TOKYO in la kagu, which has food, clothing miscellaneous goods, restaurants, and so on. There was a Sakura corner in the food department. When I was curious and took a peek, there was only one delicious Sakura Dorayaki left in the bulk sale. I bought it and went home.
Dorayaki made by Baigetsudo Co., Ltd. in Kagoshima prefecture. Baigetsudo is a Japanese sweets shop founded in 1918. Dorayaki is a Japanese confectionery made by sandwiching bean paste between small pancakes.
As the name suggests, the skin is moist. It seems that this dorayaki is very difficult to make. The types are "Premium", "Rum Raisin (Rumdora)", and now "Sakura" as a seasonal product. I think that the expiration date is long, but it seems that it is more moist and delicious if left for a long time. I still couldn't wait and ate it as soon as I bought it (´ 艸 ｀)
You can buy the products in Kagoshima, AKOMEYA in Kagurazaka, and you can also buy them online.
There was bean paste on the lower skin, and a cherry leaf was glued on it, and it was sandwiched between the skins. There was a single salted cherry tree on the skin. The taste is the salty taste that comes out of the cherry blossoms and leaves and the faint cherry blossom taste, and I thought that the collaboration of cherry blossoms and dorayaki matches very well in terms of both appearance and taste. The fresh ideas and taste that I had never tasted before were very good.Of course, the skin is moist and delicious.
Here, the rum raisins were on top of the bean paste sandwiched between the skins, and the taste of the bean paste and rum raisins was a strange match. Since it contains 1% alcohol, it is an adult-only sweet.
