今日は動画「深夜食堂」について紹介します。
これはニューヨークに住んでいるフランス人の友達に教えてもらったNetflixの動画です。
Netflixを見るのは英語の勉強の為でもあったので、最初はこの日本の話を見るのは気が進みませんでした。それに、タイトルの食堂と言ってもとても古くておしゃれな感じの場所ではなかったので、あまり興味が持てませんでした。
ところが、見事にはまってしまったのです。

Today, I would like to introduce the video "Midnight Diner".
This is a Netflix video taught by a French friend who lives in New York. I was reluctant to see this Japanese story at first because I also saw Netflix for studying English. Besides, the title diner was a very old, and it wasn’t fashionable place, so I wasn't very interested in it. However, I fell in love with it.

深夜食堂とは（What is “ Midnight Diner” ?）
新宿にある、毎日夜中の12時から朝の7時頃まで営業している食堂の話です。この食堂のマスター役の小林薫さんが主人公です。
食堂のメニューは豚汁定食、ビール、日本酒、焼酎しかないのですが、食べ物は言えばほとんどなんでも作ってくれます。お客さんは常連もいれば、一元さんもいて、有名な俳優さんもちらほら登場します。毎回違う食べ物が出てきて、お客さんとマスターとの人間模様が面白いのです。
この話はテレビで放送されたり、映画になったり、外国でもテレビで放送されたりしていたみたいです。今はNetflixで見ることができます。
It's a story about a diner in Shinjuku that is open from 12:00 midnight to 7:00 am every day. Kaoru Kobayashi, the master of this diner, is the main character.
The menu in the diner is only pork soup set meal, beer, sake, and shochu, but he can make almost anything.
There are regular customers, first-time customers, and they are sometimes famous actors actually. Different foods come out every time, and the human pattern between the customer and the master is interesting.
It seems that this story was broadcast on TV, became a movie, and was broadcast on TV in foreign countries. Now you can see it on Netflix.
見た感想（Impressions I saw）
There is a different human pattern each time, and the food you order changes, so you won't get bored. There are many touching stories. In the recent series I'm looking at, the one-point advice for that menu comes out at the end, which is very helpful.
